The Zehnder Group's Corporate Governance Report is part of the Annual Report. It contains the disclosures required by the Corporate Governance Directive issued by SIX Exchange Regulation AG effective as at the balance sheet date and is structured in line with the directive. The Compensation Report is set out in a separate section of the Annual Report.
